Who says you can’t have a tropical wedding in the mountains of Pennsylvania?!

When Amber wanted to change her palette to these vibrant colors we couldn’t say yes fast enough. We love an opportunity to work with lots of color and texture. Our favorite detail of this design were the baby pineapples used in the boutonnieres. Getting to the ceremony location at Mountain Creek requires a gondola ride up the mountain, which was a new one for us, but boy is the view worth it! We decked out the beautiful on site arch with tropical leaves and bright pink, orange, and yellow florals, which created an oasis from ceremony to reception. Anthurium, orchids, protea and a variety of bold tropical leaves made an appearance throughout the event. Amber’s glass and gold vases and lanterns complimented the design so well and the hidden touch of a Stevie Nicks prayer candle on the sweetheart table kept it personal and fun!
