With Covid killing the wedding vibes for hundreds of thousands of couples across the country (and world), we have had a huge dry spell of being unable to work with flowers. Doing our daily deliveries and whatnot has kept us somewhat busy, but it is a very different thing being able to create a stunning bridal bouquet…an arch…centerpieces!
When Emily from Elle Studios & Brittany from BB Decheine contacted us to do a shoot at the new Pocono Palms venue, we of course said yes! (Total dream team btw!)
Our couple was a local to Easton duo who both run their own fitness businesses. Their chemistry was off the charts and both looked flawless for every picture – it was meant to be!
When designing for this, we wanted to create something natural, bold, but also timeless, going with neutrals with touches of pinks. The venue is a former church that has been converted into an awesome event venue. The decor and finishes are bold, clean, and modern, reminding me of our favorite NYC & Brooklyn venues, but in the country! The best of both worlds!
The deep teal exterior with copper roof pop in the woodsy surroundings.
The inside was painted a bright white with black accents. Absolutely stunning for photos!
That light! Imagine having your portraits done here.
we used a variety of textures and neutral colors throughout the design. Sticking with creams, taupes, and ivories with touches of browns and pink.
The venue owners, two awesome sisters, built this backdrop/arch. We decorated it with pampas grasses, palms, and flowers.
Can we see more brown/rust suits, please? C’mon gentlemen!! Look at how handsome he looks!!
Hidden spots for the perfect couple’s portraits.
Cheers to all the talented vendors who made this day happen!
