New York City is known for being “the city that never sleeps”: The reception for this wedding lives by that tale. The space gives off a slight ‘Great Gatsby’ feel from the hundreds of silver balloons and dimmed lights while focusing on the skyline for being the key light source.

This is the definition of a modernized white wedding. Different textures were scattered from the arrangements to the venue. Alexandra’s bouquet had the filling of fluffy ranunculus and hydrangea, which then formed solitude for the sleek Orchids adding a hint of yellow to the center of the bouquet. The creams and whites of the ceremony tied in with the lush greenery sprawled across the arch giving an effortless look.

The carrying out of the structured skyline, Jake’s Suit, and the whimsiness of her dress were perfectly executed. The ceremony and reception of this couple’s engagement was a memorable night and its memories will be passed down. Congratulations Alexandra and Jake!
